Andrea Bell, MBA - Managing Accountant & Co-Founder

Andrea has always been in a position to be a leader. Growing up in a single family household, second born and oldest girl of three, she had to assume leadership roles early in life. Assisting with daily routines with her siblings, while matriculating through Chicago Public School systems, and navigating through the inner streets of Chicago, Andrea knew that amongst her many goals, would be to one-day return to her childhood neighborhood, with an effort to impact in a positive way.

Andrea set out for college in 2002, to attend Tougaloo College, in Jackson, MS. She was successful in earning her Accounting Degree in 2006. Shortly after her completion of college and obtaining other work experiences, Andrea and her brother, Alton, decided to come together in opening Bell Tax Accountants. With the ever-changing rules of tax laws, Bell Tax Accountants provides business and individuals the most up to date methods of tax preparation, accounting, and bookkeeping services. With the passion that she has for her job and helping clients, Andrea also leads in training, management, and daily operations amongst the Bell Tax Staff.

These many tasks were achieved with great success, all the while Andrea pursued her MBA in Accounting. This life goal came to fruition in 2013 upon graduation from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Along with a standing membership with the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), other achievements include being a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Andrea is currently studying for her license as an Enrolled Agent.

Still aiming to provide a great impact in giving back to the community, Andrea heads Bell Tax Accountants Annual Back to School Supply Give Away. Providing supplies and encouragement, along with a fun-filled day of good old outdoor activities.

With still ever more achievements to come, Andrea continues to strive towards building and branding Bell Tax Accountants as the go-to modernized accounting service of Chicagoland.
